What is English for Agribusiness & Agriculture in Higher Education Studies?
English for Agribusiness and Agriculture is a skills-based course designed specifically for students of agribusiness or agriculture who are about to enter English-medium tertiary-level studies. It provides carefully graded practice and progression in the key academic skills that all students need, such as listening to lectures and speaking in seminars. It also equips students with the specialist agribusiness and agriculture language they need to participate successfully within an agribusiness or agriculture studies faculty.
Extensive listening exercises come from agribusiness and agriculture lectures, and all reading texts are taken from the same field of study. There is also a focus throughout on the key agribusiness and agriculture vocabulary that students will need.
Entry Requirements
Diploma Course: English for Agribusiness & Agriculture in Higher Education Studies
The requirements for learning at Sussex College of Business are typically a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn. A diploma will be issued when you're eligible. Digital or Print only.

Tutor-marked Assignments (TMAs) or Test Papers may be of various types:
- traditional written paper;
- special or practical exercises
- multiple-choice.
Multiple-choice papers give wider testing of the topics studied and save you time as they allow you to select appropriate answers, rather than writing them out in full. These can be submitted via the online form below. Generally, TMAs/Test Papers are to be found in individual Study Units.
